I'd love to do things like that... but I'm A) too chicken and too attached to my modern day stuff (try to get my camp-bed away from me and you're likely to be faced down by a mad Redcoat with fixed bayonet!) and B) it's too damn cold in the UK, especially overnight.
Your camp kitchen looks fantastic - we can't do anything like that here. Most sites won't even let us dig a proper fire pit, let alone throw up a mound of earth like that!
